The client

HS Hire are a local hire company offering a wide range of professional and DIY equipment. Operating in the Teignmouth area for over 20 years.

The brief

We were approached by HS Hire to carry out a complete rebranding and digital transformation of their business. They wanted to create a strong brand identity, expand their reach, and boost their online visibility

The project

When the client took over H S Hire, they felt that the old website, branding and marketing materials did not reflect their quality of service and professionalism.  Our team started by analysing their existing online presence and identifying their target audience.

We researched the industry, competitors, and local market trends to create a marketing strategy that would set HS Hire apart from its competition.

The first step in the process was creating a new, modern and professional logo and branding materials that would represent the company's values, services and vision. We created a full suite of marketing materials, which included logo, on-site signage, business cards and more. All the materials were designed to be in alignment with the company's brand guidelines and target audience preferences.

Next, we focused on visually representing the company's offerings, by taking high-quality team headshots and creating a full set of site imagery. The website's design and build process involved creating customised graphics to showcase the vast inventory of equipment that HS Hire had on offer. The website was built to be user-friendly, making it easy to hire equipment on the go.

We also migrated the company's domains from their old website to the new, ensuring that the website was secure and robust. We updated H S Hire's business listings on local directories such as Yell and Google My Business. These updates helped to improve their online visibility and increased their chances of attracting local customers.

Our team worked hard on creating engaging social media pages across a variety of platforms, to promote the company's services and product offers. We manage the company's social media accounts, engaging with potential customers and local businesses through campaigns, reviews, and industry-specific content.

We have achieved great success in developing a strong brand identity for HS Hire and establishing their online presence. Our comprehensive approach includes creating a branding kit, updating local directories, optimising the Google Business page, migrating the domain, designing and building a brand new website, and even putting together a full inventory of ecommerce stock items for hire equipment. By also utilising various social media platforms, HS Hire are now well-positioned to attract new customers while retaining existing ones.
