The Brief
Michelmores initially approached KTM to support the planning and delivery of their presence at Cereals Event, one of the UK's leading agricultural trade shows.
Following the success of the event in 2023, we were retained to support their return to Cereals in 2024 and have since worked alongside the Michelmores in-house Marketing team to deliver a series of agricultural roadshow events across the country throughout 2025 and 2026.
The objective throughout has remained consistent: to deliver professional, well-organised events that create opportunities for meaningful engagement with clients, prospects and industry contacts, while ensuring every event reflects the Michelmores brand and reputation.
Our Approach
Working as an extension of the Michelmores Marketing team, we provide end-to-end event management support, overseeing every stage of the planning and delivery process.
Our role includes:
Venue research and selection
Supplier sourcing and management
Event planning and logistics
Delegate management and communications
Branding and event materials
On-site event management
Content creation and event coverage
Coordination with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
By managing the operational and logistical aspects of each event, we allow the Michelmores team to focus on building relationships and engaging with attendees.
The Project
Our partnership began with the management and delivery of Michelmores' presence at Cereals Event in both 2023 and 2024.
Working closely with their in-house Marketing team, we managed all aspects of event planning and delivery, from supplier coordination and stand logistics through to on-site management, ensuring a seamless experience for both the Michelmores team and event attendees.
Building on the success of these projects, our role expanded to support a programme of agricultural roadshow events across the UK throughout 2025 and 2026.
These events required detailed planning and coordination, with KTM overseeing everything from venue research and booking through to event logistics, supplier management, attendee experience and event delivery.
Across each event, our focus has been on ensuring consistency, professionalism and a smooth experience that allows the Michelmores team to maximise opportunities for engagement and relationship building.
The Outcome
Through our ongoing partnership with Michelmores, we have successfully delivered a series of high-profile events that support client engagement, strengthen industry relationships and enhance brand visibility.
By acting as an extension of the in-house Marketing team and managing every aspect of event delivery, we help ensure each event runs smoothly, professionally and in line with Michelmores' objectives.
