HS Hire & Sales is a long-established plant, tool and equipment hire company based in Teignmouth, Devon.

​Operating for over 20 years, the business supplies a wide range of professional and DIY equipment to customers across Devon, serving everyone from large construction companies to independent tradespeople and homeowners.

Alongside equipment hire, HS Hire also offers equipment sales, repairs and expert advice, building a reputation for reliability, service and industry knowledge.

The Brief

Following a change in ownership, the new management team felt that the existing branding, website and marketing materials no longer reflected the quality of service, professionalism and ambition of the business.

​The brief was to deliver a complete rebrand and digital transformation, creating a modern and professional identity that would strengthen the company's presence both online and offline.

​Alongside the rebrand, there was a clear focus on increasing visibility, improving the customer experience and positioning HS Hire as a leading hire company within the region.

Our Approach

We took a strategic approach to the project, beginning with a review of the company's existing brand, online presence and customer experience.

The Project

The project began with the development of a completely new brand identity, including a modern logo, signage, business stationery and supporting marketing materials.

​To showcase the business and its extensive range of equipment, we organised professional photography and created a library of imagery featuring both the team and the equipment available for hire.

​Alongside the rebrand, we designed and developed a brand-new website focused on user experience, making it easier for customers to browse equipment, access information and make enquiries. The project also involved domain migration, content restructuring and the creation of a comprehensive online catalogue.

​To further strengthen visibility, we optimised local directory listings, improved the Google Business Profile and implemented local SEO improvements to help attract customers searching for hire equipment across Devon.

​We continue to support HS Hire through ongoing social media management, helping to promote equipment, seasonal services, offers and business updates.
